Nạp tiền bao lâu thì được duyệt?Chuyển khoản ngân hàng/MoMo: admin duyệt thủ công, thường trong vài phút đến vài giờ. PayPal: tự động ngay lập tức.
Video/ảnh kết quả lưu ở đâu, có bị mất không?Lưu trên máy chủ AI, xem lại trong "Thư mục đã tạo". Nên tải về máy sớm vì không rõ thời điểm nhà cung cấp AI sẽ xóa file.
Video mẫu tối đa bao lâu?Tối đa 15 giây cho tính năng "Tạo Video". Video dài hơn sẽ bị AI từ chối (tiền tự động hoàn lại).
Có cần tài khoản để dùng không?Có, cần đăng ký/đăng nhập (bằng tên đăng nhập hoặc Google) để lưu ví và lịch sử tạo video/ảnh của bạn.

If video/image creation fails, do I lose my money?No. The system automatically refunds your wallet as soon as a failure is detected. See details in our

How long until a top-up is approved?Bank transfer/MoMo: manually approved by admin, usually within minutes to a few hours. PayPal: instant, automatic.
Where are result videos/images stored, could they be lost?Stored on the AI provider's server, viewable under "My Creations". Download soon since we don't control when the AI provider may delete files.
What's the max length for the reference video?Max 15 seconds for the "Create Video" feature. Longer videos will be rejected by the AI (amount automatically refunded).
Do I need an account to use this?Yes, you need to register/log in (via username or Google) to save your wallet balance and creation history.
